Occupational Health Advisor - Hybrid

Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Derby (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday (8am–4pm)

The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will join a close-knit, multidisciplinary team on a client site in Derby. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful face-to-face interactions and the flexibility of remote working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting management referrals and delivering health surveillance

  • Providing proactive, preventative health advice

  • Supporting emergency first aid and triage on site

  • Collaborating with Occupational Health Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Health Technicians and Occupational Health Administrators

What we are looking for:

  • NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN)

  • Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor

  • Ideally holding an Occupational Health qualification (desirable, not essential)

  • Confident working independently and within a team environment

  • Able to travel to the Derby site as part of the hybrid working model
